Milana Toneva, GM
Works in travel industry since 2008, started in a family business.
Since 2009 worked in one of the biggest tour operator companies in Russia – LABIRINT in FIT Department.
From 2012 joined representative company on Constance Hotels and Resorts account as a Sales and Marketing Manager in Russia and CIS.
From 2013 to 2017 worked as Senior Sales and Marketing Manager for a Banyan Tree & Angsana Hotels and Resorts in Russia and CIS.
In August 2017 founded a representative company MMA Consulting, which provides PR, Sales and Marketing services in Russia and CIS for hotels & resorts, DMCs and tourism boards, launching operations, establishing sales network and creating brand awareness in Russia & CIS.
Currently works with the clients in the Maldives and Mauritius.

Darya Vavakina, PR Manager
Graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University Business School with honors and got a degree in international business and strategy. Started the career working for one of the biggest fashion corporations Inditex. In 2017 joined the world of hospitality PR in a agency where she worked until the end of May 2019, gaining significant experience with a wide range of hospitality clients in Russia and Europe, incl. Baglioni Hotels (Italy and UK) and Belmond Grand Hotel Europe in Saint-Petersburg. Since August 2019 Dariia has worked for MMA Consulting team, being in charge of the clients in the Maldives, Russia and Greece.
Anastasia Brodyanskaya, Assistant Manager
Anastasia Works in travel industry since 2014 when she joined the family business - travel agency assisting the manager.
In February 2018 Anastasia joined MMA Consultancy in a position of Assistant Manager and is responsible for digital communication and marketing tools as well as database maintenance.
Also, Anastasia supports the clients in the Maldives, Mauritius and Russia.
